Lone Star Parity Project is pleased to announce our partnership with Tell Her She Can, a campaign built on inspiring confidence and creating communities to empower. Lone Star Parity Project has partnered with Tell Her She Can because of their initiative to share the stories of powerful women around the globe, making positive change in their communities.
What is Tell Her She Can?
The Tell Her She Can Campaign was created with the goal to create supportive communities and professional networks for women and girls to realize their full potential−whether in the board room, in the lab or classroom, on the legislative floor, or on the court or field.
What is Tell Her She Can’s story?
In August 2017, Sapphire Anderson, Founder of Tell Her She Can, had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to attend the Human Rights in Action Program by the World Federation of United Nations. One week at the United Nations headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland left her with a head full of ideas and a responsibility to create a community-oriented project emphasizing the rights of people in local communities.
The Tell Her She Can Campaign was born.
